General Shipping Information
Business days include Monday through Friday and exclude public holidays and weekends.
International shipping fees do not include customs duties or taxes, which are determined and imposed by the destination country and are outside the control of Junebeautyhub. Any additional international duties, taxes, or customs fees are the customer's responsibility upon arrival of the package.
Once a package has been scanned and accepted by the carrier, Junebeautyhub is no longer responsible for the package. This includes instances of loss, theft, damage, or delivery delays. Customers are responsible for filing a claim directly with the carrier. We are happy to assist with documentation if needed, but we are unable to initiate claims on behalf of customers.
Please note that we are unable to ship to select territories, including but not limited to: the United States, Canada, South America, Africa, Asia, and Oceania.
Delivery Rates & Estimated Transit Times
Netherlands We ship via PostNL. Estimated transit time: 2–4 business days.
European Union We ship via PostNL. Estimated transit time: 3–10 business days.
When ordering from outside the European Union, recipients may be subject to customs duties and fees upon receipt. Junebeautyhub has no control over these charges, as customs policies vary by country. Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Returned Orders & Address Accuracy
It is important to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including apartment or unit numbers where applicable.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately at hello@junebeautyhub.nl. Once a package has been scanned and accepted by the carrier, address changes are no longer possible and the package may be returned.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, Junebeautyhub is not responsible for redelivery fees. Any additional shipping costs resulting from an inaccurate address are the customer's responsibility.
